This is the first time meeting this doctor. I was not sure what to expect, but, was pleased with my decision to see her.

Everyone was very kind and caring.

Dr. Schlappe always explains what she is going to do and takes her time answering any questions I have. I never feel rushed and I always feel valued. Her staff is also amazing with answering questions in a timely fashion. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Schlappe.

Dr. Schlappe does an excellent job of providing clear understandable explanations of procedures to be done. She takes time to ensure any questions are answered. She is a delight to work with.

Thought she did an excellence job explaining things and not rushing me out of her office.
