This was my first visit. All of doctor schlappe's team. Where very, very nice. And when she came in, she said I could call her Brooke or doctor Brooke which I would never do will because I respect her so much. She is a wonderful doctor.So caring ,understanding and open to questions and concerns. I would give her a higher score if possible. Her team is also amazing.

Everyone we saw in the office was very nice and knowledgeable. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered. We didn't feel rushed.

I'd like to say how nice it is to go to a Dr appt. and have everyone so pleasant and willing to help with anything. This includes the receptionist, nurses and dr's. Great job
