Very friendly and approachable.

I waited 1/2 hour before the Dr. came in... usually that is not the case.

The visit was pleasant and providers. Very clearly explained things and were very curtious to me

Dr Schlappe is wonderful. Her and her colleagues are very helpful and very supportive. If people are going to ask me about her I would not hesitate at all. Dr Schlappe is very kind and very supportive to her patients.

Dr Schlappe was extremely amazing along with her entire staff. After months of being shuffled around and no answers I am relieved to have a game plan.

I saw the "helper" instead of the Dr. I've seen her before, it's OK. She offered to get the Dr. but I've seen this woman before, she does a good job, so I know the Dr. is BUSY so I said she could do it.
