I appreciate the use of inclusive language AND it's important to note that I was seen by a physician. A "provider" could be anyone, such as a CNA, lab tech, nurse practitioner, physical therapist, or the giver of information at the front desk. Also, I'm surprised that I was asked to check in online AND arrive 20 minutes early. Asking for both seems redundant.

The entire staff were very friendly and took the time to chat with you.
