I love my doctors & ultrasonographer, but the whole advocate umbrella is brutal. I despise the transition from RPW to Advocate. I will be switching for gyno care after the delivery of this baby. The hospital in downers grove is terrible to navigate, it's old, it took me an hour to just drop off a test sample because no one knew what was happening. I actually get upset thinking about having to deliver there. It's been nearly impossible to get appointments scheduled at the office now and takes forever to get an ultrasound on the books. My appointment tents have had to be late or early due to "no templates" in the scheduling system. Oh and the ultrasound machine has been broken for 3 weeks. It initially froze during my appointment and I was told yesterday still wasn't fixed. I delivered 2 kids with this group at Elmhurst and never had any of these issues.

Dr Sklar is kind, gentle, very knowledgeable. Supportive . He's the best .
