Felt very rushed from the second I got there. The receptionist was not friendly and made me feel like a burden. I had to find my own exam room, which I guess is the new thing I'm just not used to it. The nurse who came in did not introduce herself and basically read the notes to me on my symptoms rather than asking and actually pretending to care. I was not impressed. Doctor came in and did not introduce himself. He was very nice but I felt rushed and like my concerns were not fully heard. Overall I did not care for my experience. I specifically went to Aurora GB because I heard they were good there and the aurora I work at I dont care for our GYN docs so I made an hour trip just to go to GB, I was disappointed or had too high of expectations from what I was told. Nice building though.
The nurse and her nurse in training were absolutely amazing. I am so sorry I forgot their names but they were incredibly helpful, supportive and explained everything to me. They also actively listened and answered all of my questions. I felt extremely seen and supported. Thank you!
