I felt they listened but not giving information to make informative decision or a plan to help me. I had this the last time I saw the same doctor. Only a 10 minute appointment and I felt not being heard with wasting his time of me being there.
Dr Dobbins was great to talk to. Being a new patient was very easy! He answered all my questions and provided me with plenty of information!
Felt that the staff was friendly am made you feel welcomed to be there.
I've seen Dr Dobbins and his nurse with all 3 of my children and absolutely love them both! Both are attentive, caring, and put my health at the forefront! I appreciate the priority of my care!

I was terrified to get this procedure done but the doctor and his nurse were so sweet and talked me through everything. I felt very comforted.
My only complaint is actually about the education I received before my nurse navigator appt. The pages look AWFUL! The pages are crooked, out of order and over scanned. The providers are outdated. Some pages were completely blank. The thought of needing to read through 54 pages is overwhelming enough and I work in labor and delivery at ABMC and know most of that education. Frankly it was embarrassing to look at and know that, that is what gets sent to our patients before any provider even sees them. It's a shame that is their first encounter. Please update.
