Dr DeMaster is thorough and caring. He listens to all my issues and answers all my questions. Moreover when I phone or email his office responds within hrs. He treats patients as people not just numbers or accounts. He is to be commended as a GP as he treats the whole person according to the needs and long-term history i.e. he knows the whole picture. He is a real asset to the Cedar Grove and Aurora community.
My experience with Dr. DEMASTER WENT VERY WELL HOW EVER Iwas asked 6times before my visit to fill out papers regarding my up coming visit. 5 were on line one was on paper. 2 came to my phone which I already had answered . I find it very frustating answering this over and over, also each time I had to have a secret code sent to my phone or email. I donot have my phone atthached to me nor my computer. I received my notices on my tablet. I would not be upset except the questions were always repeats. Please pass this on to whoever is in charge of thes reports.
Dr. Demaster provided a very thorough Wellness checkup. He is a very good listener and had a very good understanding of my health history.

The experience with this visit I can not complain about. The fact that Dr. DeMaster is my Physician and having to ask him about the Rhumatologist medications and getting continued care both uncomfortable for him I am sure as well as myself. Extremely dissapointed I would have to travel so far to see yet another Rhumatologist to stay in network or what looks like may have to happen is transferring to Previa or Ascention. Disappointing, frustrating trying to continue on with current regimen,getting the proper medication regimen and tests to keep symptoms as they have been over the years.
