This has nothing to do with my visit but instead the changing of my appointment without notifying me in advance. I think Aurora cares nothing about my time if this is the way they conduct business. Very poorly handled. Unfortunately Dr DeMaster and his staff pay the price for a poorly transitioned scheduling practice. Dr DeMaster and his staff do an exemplary job.

Dr DeMaster and staff are wonderful! However, the wait time was much longer because there were no rooms available. This new scheduling system is NOT patient or provider/staff friendly!!! It's a shame that patient quantity is becoming more important than patient/provider quality time!!!
