There was some (understandable) confusion about why I had made the appointment - the office thought it was for one issue that was caught incidentally on the xray/MRI and I was there for post-accident assessment, which was why the MRI was done in the first place. However, I felt like I really did get a two-for-one appointment in the end as two issues were very thoroughly reviewed and assessed with me.

Assistant and Doctor are polite and kind and do not rush you out of the office.
