I was treated fairly and my doctor explained things throughly!! Also if I wanted to, I could always call if I had any more questions I thought about in the future or anything else happening to my knee on the future!!
Was granted a timely appointment. Met with four people during visit to hospital. The check-in receptionist and physician's assistant need work on their manner. Followed up with a detailed message via their system but it wasn't read carefully. Response mostly repeated previous known information and didn't acknowledge fully what I wrote so had to followup again. Not the most satisfied patient but that seems to be the state of health care today.
