Dr. Thomas was wonderful! He was very attentive to my concerns and explained things very well. He was very warm and personable and really gave me his full attention. I definitely would recommend him to other patients.

Dr. Thomas is always professional, listens, explains and allows you to know you will be cared for.

Very poor support staff. Clerk at the check in desk was bothered that I was there. Only asked me date of birth and then I was told to have a seat. The assistant who showed me to the exam room and then assisted the doctor never looked at me ,NEVER. What happened to customer service?

Dr. Thomas is phenomenal. He takes the time to understand our concerns and to ensure that my child's health needs are being met. He explains things clearly and is so patient when we ask a ton of questions or need multiple clarifications. Dr. Thomas is also very respectful of our time. On the few occasions there has been a slight delay in being seen after we arrive (never more than a few minutes), he thanks us for our patience. If he is running ahead of schedule or behind, his office lets us know so we can make avoid long weeks or get in early when possible. I appreciate all the folks in his office who help with questions, prescription information, and scheduling appointments. Everyone seems to go to great lengths to make sure that our needs are addressed.
