Excellent Doctor, very kind, and professional, helpful.

The initial check in with staff and those in Dr.Thomas office were all fantastic.

Dr Thomas is fantastic esp with my kids. He takes the time to explain things and talks to them!

I have mention this several times why don't you mention the Dr. names on the reminders. Also when Dr. Office getting back to me why it doesn't show on my phone where the call coming from.

I will say the lady at the reception counter was somewhat rude and not very friendly. We checked in early and waited about 20 minutes past our appointment time. She never once said anything but the receptionist from the laboratory desk came over and asked me who we were seeing and got us in right away. The doctor was very nice and apologetic too.

Very friendly and explained two options for treatment.

The nurse and P.A. I saw were great. The lady at the dermatology desk in the office checking people in was incredibly rude. I was a little late and called in advance to say something and the lady at that desk was awful. Everything else was great! I was actually impressed they were all smiles in the back even though it was very busy.

Dr Thomas is the best. I don't recommend many doctors at Advocate but I told everyone about him. He has the best personality & really cares. He is the only Derm I will go to. An absolute asset to this clinic!!!
