I was a bit surprised by the lack of intake questioning by the nurse. She merely asked if there were any major changes since my last visit 6 months ago and is there anything the doctor needs to know? Then when reviewing the visit notes a whole list of answers to intake questions were listed that I never really answered.

Dr. Pierce Is a great doctor. Very helpful and kind. The nurse was very nice when she gave me my flu shot. Thankyou for all the great care!!
