Dr. Pierce and her staff are absolutely fantastic people

Dr Pierce ROCKS!!!

There were three people in the lobby waiting with the same first name. When called all three of us got up. The person calling the next in line needs to have a last name or starting letter.

Everyone in the office is efficient, friendly, and gives you all the time you need to ask questions or listen to all the nurse and doctor have to say about your health and test results.

I felt so rushed. Didn't even get to sit down to talk, even while the doctor listened to my heart. Questions were very general (how do you feel). She answered a few of my questions, some which I forgot to ask right then. I'm sure I was more flabbergasted because of this approach. I know to contact her via My Chart if needed.

I was treated with friendliness and professionalism from beginning to end. Dr. Pierce in particular was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with my visit.

Dr Pierce explained the results of the blood draws. I explained to her my current health concerns; and she suggested I contact my primary provider for assistance in the matter. Dr Pierce is very professional and listened to my questions and concerns.

I very much appreciate all of the doctors and nurses who have helped me through a year of health challenges. With Dr. Pierce taking the lead I am fully satisfied with my care at West Allis Memorial hospital. Thank you to all at the hospital for their care and service for me.

I am very thankful for my doctor and her team for taking care of my health.
