Billie is wonderful! She's the reason I still schedule my appointments at the Women's Pavillion. Highly recommend her.

I appreciate Billie patient care. She made me feel so comfortable. She was very relatable and answered all of my questions. She took her time and really got to know me, which is unusual for providers these days. With all of the shortages patients are usually being rushed. I want to thank Billie for making this appointment a perfect experience.

She is sooooooo friendly! I had never met her before and she acted like she knew me. I even asked her if I had met her before! So kind, great bedside manner I felt like I was visiting a good friend. 10/10 recommend.

Billie Jo was great. I felt like she was friendly and laid back, yet very thorough. She made sure to answer all my questions and asked a few times to make sure I didn't have any more. She let me know about next steps and what to expect. I really liked her.

The provider was very friendly and broke things down to a level where I could understand what she was saying.

I seen billie and she was amazing and sweet. But the women that was supposed to take my blood for testing made me very unhappy. I tried to tell her that I was more than a difficult poke and the last time someone was able to get blood from me was when they did an ultrasound on my arm. She dismissed me and went for a vein I could tell she didn't even feel very confident about. She pulled the needle in and out of my arm so hard and abruptly that I started to cry and panic. I've had this happen many time but I've never had someone bring me to tears with trying to find a vein. I do not want to see that women ever again as long as I go to this office.

Billie Jo listens to what I have to say and makes sure I feel heard and understand at each and every appointment; I truly appreciate her taking the time to know her patients
