This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a medical professional. Even during an appointment with not a great outcome, I was so happy with the interactions I had.

Provider and nurse were amazing, but front desk showed up 15 minutes late (I was the first appointment of the day) and didn't even apologize.

I had a one hour gap between two appointments, and Billie Jo managed to see me for my second appointment right after my first appointment (ultrasound) was done, so I didn't have to wait. I appreciated the office staff making this happen.

Billie is a wonderful provider. I saw her throughout my pregnancy and delivery many times in 2022, so it was good to see her again. She is very easy to talk to and friendly, but also addresses any medical concerns, questions, etc thoroughly. I find her to be honest and open, and a good advocate.
