I would like the provider to know that I need some serious medical attention and that I don't feel very healthy I suppose I thought I explained it to him but maybe I didn't

Had to switch at the last minute to a virtual visit - The appointment was on time and while I was worried there would be a disconnect being virtual vs. in person, Dr. Shastri was great and was able to discuss the things we needed to discuss.

The provider was friendly, knowledgeable , and a careful listener.

Dr. Shastri is so professional and very friendly, I appreciate the fact that he listens to my worries and lets me know what I can do to help myself. I wouldn't want to ever change Dr.s for my thyroid problem.
