Dr. Shastri explained the procedure and told me what to expect during and after the procedure. I have had this procedure done before, so I basically knew what to expect. He asked me if I had any questions before he began.

Very nice doctor and explained meds well

Dr. Shastri is very busy and spread thin between three clinics. When he tells patients he wants to see them again in for months, his earliest opening in his one of his clinics is in six months. This also causes a patient to schedule an appointment in a clinic different from where the patient normally would see the doctor. This problem is leading me to look for another physician who may be easier to schedule appointments for visits.

Dr Shastri is very caring and shares options.

Everyone in the office, from the front desk, to the nurse and the women who made my next appointment were all very professional and kind.
