I knowthings happen, but to have your appointment canceled 4 times and can't call fdl clinic directly is terrible. To call the fdl number and somebody in Illinois answer and they say that they will message the question to fdl and then babysit the phone waiting for a call. My time is worth something too! Change it back to the way it was, please.
