its obvious to me that their is a disconnect between the knowledge that my CPN and your questions raise that fortunately my CPN is knowledgeable about . You have access to all of my records. I also find it annoying that you keep changing your security protocols for sending you advance checkin questions. Restore my account account so that I can respond to your check in information.
