I love Dr Desai. She is very thorough and always takes her time when I see her. She answers all my questions and explains things in a way I can understand. I feel very well taken care of and the best part is that she genuinely cares about me and my well being. She is a great physician and partner in my care.
The provider I saw was not my regular Dr. So I didn't expect her to know much about me.
The Dr it's very easy to understand and was concerned about my health.

Everything was okay.
Dr. Bela D Desai just gave me treatment for my one single illness that is Iching, even-though I shared other issues like chest pain I have but she refused to listen by saying you have to schedule another appointment with your provider. She refused to treat me for my chest pain. I was not getting appointments with my provider since long time that's why I had to schedule the one I got was for her but I have a question as she said, the Immediately care can't treat if patient is suffering multiple issues? Does Patient have to wait for another couple of days or months with the illness to see their provider?
I arrived early and anticipated waiting longer since I was earlier than normal but I was seen very quickly Excellent visit
I did not feel rushed by Dr. Desai and felt like she listened to everything I had to say. I also very much appreciated that she and the nurses wore masks!
Last visit was really bad,it seems like she was on rush and wanted to finish as soon as possible.
