I would like it to be easier to communicate with a nurse by phone. It is VERY complicated having so many options they offer to finish up without being able to communicate with anyone. If you lose the call and want to return the call back, it's impossible to communicate in order to find out the reason they called you.

Appointment felt impersonal and not helpful. I asked about a concern and the provider did not acknowledge that concern and focused only on her list of topics to cover. When mentioning something personal I was experiencing, the provider did not seem to care with any response like "I'm sorry to hear that" or "I bet that's been tough".
