That they had more staff who spoke Spanish.
They are very nice and professional people, with heart.
I felt that the doctor was in a hurry as she has been for a couple appointments. I get the referrals that I need, but it feels like she just being a paper pusher they hand me off to someone else for assurance purposes.
We were a new patient and no one with our specific doctor could instruct us on the patient portal. We were told we had to wait in line again for someone in the front office to help us. I was with my elderly father and could not wait in line again. We were not notified anywhere about a portal and still have no information
Doctor Desai is awesome and the entire staff was great-friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and timely!
She is a wonderful doctor and loves her patients.
