Dr. Desai was wonderful. I was ver disappointed in the front desk. Waited while the staff talked and were all eating at the desk. Then I was called by the Medical Assistant. She (and the lab tech) did not introduce themselves. When I did they finally gave me their names. The staff is not up to the standards from the past. Sad.
