I was so disturbed because the nurse that was working with Dr Omerovic was not friendly /not warm . I felt so humiliated because I didn't like how I was treated at first, The first nurse left out of the room

Less waiting time would be appreciated.

Excessive wait time (1 1/2-2 hrs) in waiting room. DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!! Regardless which provider I see, way too long in waiting room. Ya gotta fix fix!

Dr Omerovic is very efficient and did not rush my visit. She listened intently to my issues and addressed each one to the best of her knowledge.

Dr. Omerovic is thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. She takes her time during my examination to listen to not only what you're saying but also listening to how you are speaking. She asked pointed questions. I love how involved she is in my health. Dr. Omerovic gives positive reinforcement to my improved test results as well as results that need improvement. I know she gives the same individual attention to each and every one of her patients. Her concern makes me want to do better. Dr. Omerovic makes me feel like family. My health is a joint journey. Dr. Omerovic is one in a million. I wished all of my doctors showed the same genuineness.
