My check in time was 4:45 PM. I didn't get seen by the doctor for 7:45 PM. I left out of there till 8:15 PM. When I finish seeing the doctor, I was unable to receive referrals because everyone in the front office had left. That was the worst medical attention I have ever received.
my dr. seem to work hard to get it right.
My appointment was at 10:30am. I was not seen until 12:40pm. When I have run behind 20 minutes I'm told it's too late for me to see the doctor and charged for a missed appointment. Why is it ok for this provider to run behind over 2 hours and no compensation is made?

I was seen nearly two hours after my appointment time. The doctor did not give me an opportunity to explain my symptoms during the week prior to my coming. There was no summary of my visit in the patient portal as the doctor indicated there would be so had nothing to reference for my testing recommended for the next day. I had to return for testing the next day as the Urgent Care Clinic was closed. I may have been able to go to the clinic the same day as my appointment had I not waited so long for my appointment. Also, the doctor had to record the appointment because she unplugged the computer by mistake when came in and it was taking the computer too long to come back up.

I appreciate the knowledge, time and wisdom Dr. Omerovic shares with me each time I have a visit with her whether in office or a zoom visit. She's patient, courteous and I feel she is truly interested in my well being. She stresses making changes that are attainable, believable and sustainable life time goals. She answers my questions and I enjoy her sense of humor,( her nurse too!) Thank you Dr. Omerovic for being my primary doctor.
