Great response to my issues.
Waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time is unacceptable. Much like the staff there, my time is valuable. That level of wait, then a brushed off apology and an " oh well it happens" is not acceptable, and further upsets me. If it happens a 3rd time, I'm switching out of of Dreyer and into a new network. Since Advocate came in, the level of has been happening more and more. Been with Dreyer 46 years, and that may be long enough.
The check-in process needs to be enhanced.

Dr Kumar was very easy to understand and to communicate with.
Instead of placing large signs outside of your office saying 'courageous heroes work here', you should pay the office staff and medical personnel more money.
Dr. Kumar is very attentive. He listens and gives his medical advice.
Had a great visit with Dr Kumar. He listened to my concerns and was very attentive. He seemed to type in a lot as the visit went on and I'm sure it was for the record of the visit. I'm very pleased with him.
The doctor called me after the vist to indicate he saw something on my EKG that should be checked out by a cardiologist and said he will let them know to set up an appointment. He also gave me their number and recommended I call them directly and try and get an appointment the following week, which I did.
