Pre check in on line was pointless. They asked me all of the same questions when arrived for my appointment. Next time I will fll out the pre check in form 5 days in advance to give the database enough time to share my answers. When I arrive onsite for the appointment , I will not answer any questions that I already provided. Such as my contact and insurance info. Name and Birthdate should be enough to confirm my identity.
