Provider was fantastic! Ashley really is a terrific doctor. This has nothing to do with her but, prior to the appointment you should be told what will be done so that all pre-authorizations can be obtained. They wanted to do an ultrasound of the bladder in office, but I had to refuse because it would not have been covered by my insurance without pre-authorization. It seems like the medical system doesn't get how insurance companies work. I would have loved to have had this done but could not chance a large and uncovered fee. If in advance I could have verified coverage and cost then it could have been completed at the visit. This would have been beneficial to all parties.
