First with this individual. Despite being ill and in need of treatment, it was a very positive experience with good actions being taken to help.

The only reason I answered no, to the earlier question, is that it wasn't necessary for me to have a conversation with anyone, during that 6mo period. Otherwise, their office was very easy to get ahold of.
