Ashley carefully listened to my concerns and clearly explained what my options were. I would definitely see her again.

I loved her. She listened very well and was authentic, compassionate and proactive. I felt heard and taken care of and like we're finally getting somewhere with my health. She was reassuring and let me know we would figure things out 1 step at a time.

Ashley Olson is one of the best people that I have had to meet at Aurora. She knows how to make you feel at ease and is very knowledgeable. I am very glad she is one of my caregivers.

The provider acknowledge the presence of my wife I brought along but one of the assistants excused my wife in a way she didn't feel comfortable. I had taken her with me because I wanted her to understand the medical procedure I was going through as she would be of help to me at home. One of the assistants took her away without any explanation to her or me.
