I was treated very thoroughly, with great respect, and addressed in a way that was easy to understand. She fully laid out treatment options and what each entailed in detail and advised me on every question I had. This was an exemplary and completely satisfactory experience. Please note in her files how much I appreciated her knowledge, communication of that knowledge and, most of all, the manner ( friendly, warm, yet fully professional) in which she treated me throughout this follow-up appointment.
