She asked me questions about what's been going on with me.if I need help or have questions she told me to call her

During my online check in process, I added my insurance information. The same information was provided again when I came in for the appointment. Yet, I have received a billing statement not reflecting my insurance coverage. I have had to call and ask for the charge to be sent to insurance for payment. I've just now received a paper bill and again the insurance information is not noted. This system problem should not be occurring with insurance information previously submitted multiple times.

The little ID tag they asked me to carry was very weird. Offices were very clean. Receptionists and nurse were very nice. Overall a good experience.

I waited over 10mins to be checked in bc the receptionist was not there, a RN nurse had to check us in so my appt started super late but otherwise the visits are great.

Dr McSorley is caring, thoughtful, kind, a wonderful Dr when you are not well. Compassionate... A great asset to the aurora health team. Please keep her at the location she is at now!!
