I have enjoyed the care I receive at aurora. I feel the doctors and providers listen more and give the patient their attention when they are there. They answer any questions you may have or ask for clarification.

The facility has some work to do with regards to the greeting volunteers. A gentleman approached me as I was going to the elevator to the appropriate office. Seemed to think I needed assistance. I did not but he insisted. As it turned out after I was going to gynecology he took me to orthopedic area and I had to be rerouted. And he was very rude also. I let the initial person at information know about this when I was leaving and they said they would pass this information on.
