Every time I come in I am ignored and belittled. I've never come out of this office without tears streaming down my face. I haven't had a job in more than a year due to my illnesses and every time I come in I'm asked to go to behavioral health before any of my other issues can be fixed. Behavioral health has put me on more medication than I can even keep count of, all of which has made me feel worse and done nothing for my physical ailments. Not to mention no therapist is available for 8 months. Every time I call their department the people who answer the phones are the most unsympathetic people I've ever spoken to. After explaining my issues with behavioral health to my doctor she said something along the lines of "something is better than nothing" and told me to return to her. Which I won't be doing. I was also referred to the cardiologist for the second time but with Appointments are out 6 months minimum for every department, it doesn't seem like I'll be making that appointment either. If this office can't handle the amount of patients they currently have then they shouldn't be accepting new ones. Patients are suffering due to this
