I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time but waited 20 minutes after my appointment time before being called into the doctor's office. I understand that the doctor's time is valuable, but would appreciate my time being valued as well.
My provider is one of the finest professions I have had the pleasure of working with. She has enabled me to better understand and address health issues that were life changing.

I was not comfortable with this appointment because they did not give me an interpreter. I could not communicate with him. I could not say what I felt. He did not understand where I was going. He thought it was a follow-up until he told me that I was there for my nose. He never checked my nose or my throat. I was not able to state all my symptoms.
Every one nice and helpful, with me getting to the office. I have this problem getting around because of walking long distance.
My visit was quick and easy. She was not only running on time, but ahead of schedule. I was all finished with my appointment 15 minutes after it was supposed to start, and she spent a lot more than 15 minutes with me.
Dr. Galla Pagadala is a good listener and suggests alternatives to improve health, very thorough as was the nurse practitioner
