The Doc is great
I was allowed to change to a phone visit and that made things very easy for me, Dr. Zaidi is very kind and passes no judgments. He meets my requests and listens to me when I ask for something. I'd easily refer people to him.
He is a good doctor and has great communication skills. He works well as a team with my other doctors. I am glad he Is my pain doctor.
Went for a nerve block but was told there was nothing he could do. He did state she could start a new medication. That is what we were trying to avoid. Then we were asked prior to complete a pre check-in and when we got there they wanted to go through all the meds and everything again. Then we waited 25 minutes to see the doctor who couldn't do anything for me. Very disappointed. When the appointment was scheduled I mentioned we were coming for a nerve block that was what the referral was for. So why give us a doctor that can't do the nerve block
Look like he don't care about my condition in general and what is my feelings about it. He treatment like another drug seekers person,when I am not . I even have a MRI done ,and he don't take the time to explain what was the results.
i went to this office for the same thing a few times and had pay $35.00 each time i dont think thats fair
Seems like a great provider. Too early to tell the outcome as to him helping me. But the future looks bright. And the provider was very professional and detailed.
Dr. Zaidi was open to two of my suggestions and advised me further.

The entire process was fantastic. From checking in with the wonderful receptionist to the appointment with the physician to making new appointments with the other amazing receptionist. The entire experience was professional, quick and very knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for anything better!
