I really appreciated the fact that Dr.Zaidi looked at me during our conversation versus a computer like some of the doctors need to do to get a record of the visit. Great "bedside" manner with a professional flair!

Dr. Zaidi is always professional in his approach. He knows my issues and reviews the options available. He also says to text or call his office if there are concerns or I need to see him. He is always thinking ahead. Always a pleasure to work with him.

The PSR told my husband at check in that his Medicare expired in 2018, which is ridiculous, the premiums come out automatically and we've had several procedures since 2018, three PRS's couldn't figure this out, but they insisted it was canceled ????
