Provider is amazing! Process to schedule an appointment is very frustrating! Hard to get a hold of someone on MY care team and ask questions. Could not get into to see my provider easily! Took too long to connect with someone over 30 minutes. I do not have the ability to stay on the phone this long to schedule a simple appointment. Process needs to be reviewed and changed. Call center and triage nurse system isn't good use of my time!

My Dr was perfect I was confused why they called and offered me an earlier time but took almost an hour to see me. I should have kept the appointment I had which was after my work day. Next time I will keep my appointment
