Once through the intermediary of communication for the actual care provider, the MD and staff support is outstanding.

Every single person who works in this office is absolutely amazing. The office people could not be more kind. They are wonderful and friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Cipolla is absolutely amazing! He's the best doctor I've ever found. He is so smart and so patient and so kind!

I am overall quite satisfied with the quality of the care I received, but a bit disappointed in the condition of the facility where I received it. After sharing pictures of all the peeling wallpaper in the waiting room and the delaminated countertop by the sink in the exam room to friends and family, they all agreed that the lack of maintenance did not reflect well on Advocate Aurora. I will be happy to share these pictures with you too if you are interested. Better yet- why not schedule some badly needed maintenance? Thank you for your attention to this matter!
