The care the providers office provides is great, It is the experience with the call center to make appointments or to talk to the provider office is a total nightmare. It is easier and faster to drive to the provider office to schedule appointments or get information than it is to use the call center. To put it bluntly - your call center sucks and should be abolished, and calls should be handled by the individual offices to provide better customer service.

Dr. Cipolla is an excellent doctor. The office staff and nurses are very efficient and pleasant at the Wauconda location. They all provide excellent care.

Dr. Cipolla and the staff are excellent care providers. He listens to my concerns and we discuss a health care plan for the next six months. He is a fantastic doctor and has helped me with great health care over the last three years. I highly recommend this office for medical care.
