The scheduling experience was horrible. I was put on hold multiple times where I was either hung up on or sent to someone who couldn't help me. If I didn't have to go to Aurora because of insurance, I would have called another doctor's office because the experience was so bad.

Anna Karst was very kind pleasant and compassionate. She is a wonderful doctor and is very knowledgeable and efficient. She really listened to me and assisted me regarding the next steps to my treatment. She ordered some tests and a follow up visit. I did not feel rushed at all. It was my first visit so she got to know me and my medical history. I would definately recommend her to my family and friends.

Being a new patient I was very pleased with Dr Karst and her interest in my concerns. She did not rush me and listened to my medical issues. She suggested a treatment for my arthritis which I will try.
