The gals working in reception for checking in were not friendly or nice.

Dr. Karst spent a lot of time with me on my first visit. She listened to me and then did a medical exam to get a base line. She provided some ideas to help. I am very impressed with her.

Dr Karst was great. I saw her because my Dr. had no openings. I would definitely see her again if the opportunity arose and I will refer her to family and Friends

Lab work results were sent to Doctor that I dropped even when I told the Technician to remove his orders and not send him the information. He responded back to me on the results. This is extremely upsetting and a violation of my instructions. The Doctor is very young. She is professional and always looking for ways to be helpful. No need to ask me numerous times since I am not senile and still work 40 hours+ every week.

This was my first visit with Dr. Karst and I had a great experience. It had been sometime since I had seen a doctor other than urgent care and Dr. Karst took time to get to know me and discuss my concerns. She was extremely responsive to my blood work results and follow up questions-she's a great asset to the AAH team :)
