This was the first time I met Dr. KARST, DUE TO MY PREVIOUS DOCTOR LEAVING Aurora. I was sent a letter after he left, saying that I needed to choose a new doctor. I was very disappointed, but I enjoyed meeting Dr. KARST, WHO SPENT A LOT OF TIME GETTING TO KNOW ME AND ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS.

This was my first visit with the doctor so I did not expect her to know my history

the front desk csr was the absolute worst part of the visit. i did call aah today to discuss it and asked for a call back from the new berlin office manager regarding it. the csr was took way too long to make referral appointments for me, scheduled when the doctor was not in the office so we had to reschedule, kept muttering under her breath about hoping to not get a bad review. after 15-20 minutes with her she told me to go down to the lab and that she checked me in and they are expecting me. after another 15-20 minutes a lab tech approached me and and asked who i was then said that i was not all the way checked in and to go to another desk that was closer. super frustrating and the worst part of going to the appt was the wasted time and poor service by this csr

Listened very well, gave eye contact. Answered all my questions.

It is refreshing to have a Dr that responds so quickly and makes me feel valued as a patient. I was ready to leave Aurora due to the issues with my last Aurora provider. Dr Karst has been a wonderful change!

Dr Karst is very knowledgeable about my health conditions and I am very confident with her diagnosis.
