Dr Craioveanu has always been excellent! She listens, she cares, she explains things that are easy to understand. She's highly commendable!

This was my first visit to this doctor. She was an excellent communicator, and I felt she listened well to my questions and concerns. I was very happy with my experience.

As requested, I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the doctor. Time waiting could definitely use improvement.

I am very pleased with my provider. I can ask questions on my portal and get answers quickly if I need. She is great.

Dr. Craioveanu is down to earth, kind, and doesn't take one's health issues and turn it around to criticize unlike a former doctor. She listens, provides facts, doesn't mince word but also explains it so that you know it's in your best health interest. Again, we had a really terrible experience with another doctor who thank God left Advocate. We are so thankful to have Dr. Craioveanu because she cares without judging. Which makes us want to listen rather than get defensive such as with the other Dr. Glad that one is gone!
