Most Advocate employees are curious and helpful. The serpentine way patients have to find there way to answers is sometimes disheartening. It takes a long time to get through the Advocate IT systems gauntlet. This is not a people problem, but a process problem.

When a provider is running late, instead of having the patient wait and wait and wait in the room, notify them that the doctor is running late to arrive at their appointment maybe 15 minutes later! When I have test results that I am waiting on, don't wait for the whole day to call me back with results!!!! I still have not received a call. It is now 2:30 PM. I have concerns I've sent emails and nobody has responded.
