Very positive feeling with the entire visit.

Dr. Cornell is by far the best OB I've ever had. I wish she was my PCP. She is patient, kind, extremely intelligent and up on the newest science & developments...and explains things in a way that's understandable without being patronizing.

Dr. Cornell was an extremely professional and courteous physician who treated both of my special needs daughters with care and understanding. She spoke to them at a level they could understand and included them in the visit and exam process.

Issues: 1. I was required to "check in" at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. I did check at 10:15, but then had to wait in the lobby shared with patients coming into Urgent Care until being brought to the room at 10:45!!!! I finally saw the physician at 11:00. This is disrespectful of my health and my time, given that your clinics are open for general business hours only resulting in my need to take time off from my job. 2. The MA did not know how to take an accurate blood pressure- she never fully occluded my vessel for an accurate reading, nor did she listen for an accurate diastolic reading. She rapidly deflated the cuff, which as indicated was never fully inflated. She also made a random comment to me that there was "good news," that I was negative for HPV. She never established rapport with me so, this was not professional.

Very understanding and talk to me about things that I had asked her politely very respectfully

I always appreciate Dr Cornell's insights and feel she takes a vested interest in knowing and understanding her patients.
