Dr. Cornell is an awesome caring doctor!
Dr. Cornell was an extremely professional and courteous physician who treated both of my special needs daughters with care and understanding. She spoke to them at a level they could understand and included them in the visit and exam process.
Issues: 1. I was required to "check in" at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. I did check at 10:15, but then had to wait in the lobby shared with patients coming into Urgent Care until being brought to the room at 10:45!!!! I finally saw the physician at 11:00. This is disrespectful of my health and my time, given that your clinics are open for general business hours only resulting in my need to take time off from my job. 2. The MA did not know how to take an accurate blood pressure- she never fully occluded my vessel for an accurate reading, nor did she listen for an accurate diastolic reading. She rapidly deflated the cuff, which as indicated was never fully inflated. She also made a random comment to me that there was "good news," that I was negative for HPV. She never established rapport with me so, this was not professional.
Very understanding and talk to me about things that I had asked her politely very respectfully
I always appreciate Dr Cornell's insights and feel she takes a vested interest in knowing and understanding her patients.
Wonderful doctor! I recommend to my friends! Thank you.
Doctor didn't read why I was coming in for the appointment, not did she read the nurse's notes. My main concern wasn't addressed until I mentioned it half way through exam. And even after that, she seemed to be more fixated on use of an IUD; I expressed that I did not want that option when it was first brought up. At the end of the visit she returned to the room with a summary and then just kind of walked out. Didn't say good bye or nice meeting you, or this is the way out. It was very strange. Overall I was disappointed with my interaction with the doctor. I would prefer to see another physician.
She is a great listener. I have been seeing Dr. Cornell for years, love her.
I came in for a fertility work up, including a blood test. The order for the blood test was never entered in the system. Which made it a little bit of a hassle.
Dr. Cornell was very thorough and addressed any and all of my concerns.
