We loved our tech who assisted with our daughters vaccinations. She took her time with our little one and was gentle and efficient with her shots. Wish we had her sooner!

We LOVE Dr. Zarzuela. She is absolutely amazing and takes the time to make you feel welcome and heard. She's not only an amazing doctor but her personality is amazing as well.

Dr. Zarzuela did a great job with my son, but sometimes interrupted when I spoke and went off on tangents instead of being succinct.

Dr Zarzuela is wonderful. She knows my children so well and always speaks to them in a way that lets them know she does. They feel confident and comfortable with her.

The office messed up my appointment time. I had an appointment reminder card from their office from my last appointment that showed the recent appointments for my kids were supposed to be at 2:00 and 2:30. When I got to the office at 1:50, they told me that one of the appointments was supposed to be at 1:25 and the other one was for 2:00. They then would not see both of my kids in the 30 minutes allotted for the 2:00 appointment time and instead made me reschedule one of them. The appointment for the child they did see lasted 13 minutes. They could have easily seen both of my kids in the appointment time allotted for one of them.

Dr. Z is outstanding. We love her.

Extremely satisfied. Dr. Z knows my daughters history even without a chart. Very happy with how my kids have been taken care of.
